''Excursion with Paintbrush'' Art Jamming Class – School Workshop

Art Jamming Poster To complement the "Excursion with Paintbrush" Country Parks Drawing Competition, the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department will organise art jamming class for primary schools and secondary schools from October 2021 to December 2021. The art jamming class will be conducted in the form of a webinar or school visit. The students could embrace and present the nature from a different perspective through the guidance of arts teacher.

 

 

Date and Time:

Select any date from 25 October 2021 to 31 December 2021 (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays), 9am-5pm. Schools can reserve the date, time and teaching mode (online/ school visit) in the enrolment form. The time for each session will be around 1.5-2hrs.

Enrolment:

Online enrolment, 30-45 persons (minimum: 15 persons) in each session and on a first-come-first-served basis. Enrolment form should be submitted at least 10 working days prior to the date of the proposed activity.

Points to Note:

  1. For school visit, each group shall be led by at least one teacher or coordinator who shall be responsible for maintaining the order of the group.
  2. Participants should bring their own drawing kits. Drawing paper will be provided by the organiser.
  3. Each participant will receive an attendance certificate.
  4. Each school can apply one session of workshop.
  5. Successful applicant will be notified by e-mail. Unsuccessful candidates will not be notified.
  6. In view of the latest development of COVID-19, the Government may announced for tightening the anti-epidemic measures. The activity may be cancelled or postponed and notification will be sent by email.
  7. Inclement Weather Arrangements: The organiser reserves the right to suspend or cancel the activity when Typhoon Warning Signal No.8 or above is in force or the Education Bureau announced that all classes shall be suspended on the date of the activity. No compensation whatsoever will be paid to participants if there is any suspension or cancellation on workshop.
  8. The organiser reserves the right to change the arrangement of the activity and notify the participating school by email.

The personal information is provided by the applicant voluntarily for relevant activities organized by Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department. The information will be provided to relevant staff for application processing, contact and other relevant purposes. Provided that there are no specific administrative reasons, only the name of the participants will be kept for record purpose. Except with the consent of participants, all the personal information collected will be destroyed within 6 months after the activities.
